I feel like I should stop neglecting this despite only have 1 follower. Anyway, I shall keep my 1 follower updated about my life etc.

I have read: The Catcher In The Rye, The Bell Jar, 1984 and my reading list has been extended. I spent the Easter holidays in India, visiting my grandparents and relatives. I drank fresh coconut water at the beach and went to Kerala where we also spend an evening at the beach (this was the day before the supposed tsunami was meant to hit) where I almost drowned in a huge wave and we had a candlelit dinner on the beach accompanied by a stray dog that stayed with us for hours and hours. Apart from having to revise on holiday, it was a lovely 2 weeks.

Wow I haven't been on here in ages. Well, since then; I have grown slightly more bitter, read To Kill A Mockingbird, The Curious Incident of The Dog in the Night-time and have almost finish The Catcher In The Rye. The next book on my reading list is The Bell Jar by Sylvia Plath. I've started reading it a few times in the past and had to stop because that was in the school library and I didn't want to take it out because I wanted to buy my own copy. But somehow I keep spending my money so now I really need to save and so I have borrowed The Bell Jar, but as soon as I have more money I shall buy my own copy.

I'm halfway through To Kill A Mockingbird and I'm really enjoying it. I wish I had more time in the day to read.

My creative mind and my scientific mind are at war. Because of my AS level choices, my scientific mind is constantly at work. But lately all I've wanted to do is read books and paint and write poems and learn magnificent quotes and own a beautiful handmade notebook into which I would pour all of these in. I really do love learning science and theories etc. but all we do now is calculations and it really bores me. I just want to do what I want for once.
